Most people that are in the market for a rental property are single may they be young singles, divorced middle-agers or older widowed people. It is not only the easiest property to rent, but also the simplest to manage. If you wish to invest in more than one property as time goes , try getting them within a single geographical location. This will reduce the transportation expense that you incur. You will also enhance your expertise in that region.
